The
Club of Arts (TCOA) is an art center that provides people with
disAbilities an access to participation in the visual and performance
arts. By offering affordable memberships and classes, TCOA students
have the opportunity to attend more than fifteen classes weekly, express
themselves artistically, strengthen their independence,
self-confidence, and community through owning their artistic process
